We recently had our first look at the new Sith Infiltrator set, I’m going to go out and say it. I’m a tad disappointed. The set is released on May 1st for the 25th anniversary of The Phantom Menace, but think of what we could’ve had. Personally if I were a Lego designer (I’m still waiting for them to get back to me) I would’ve gone for the Naboo Royal Starship. They could’ve given us a beautifully chrome Lego ship for the first time in years, but it’s ok.
Just look at it, in Lego form would’ve been the best thing we’ve seen. The only reason I can think of that they wouldn’t give it to us would be that they are still yet to perfect it.
But anyway, this set still has its stand out features of course. The minifigures. A fresh Qui-gon Jinn that looks great anlong with a new little Anakin you can’t really go wrong. Then of course to celebrate 25 years of the best trilogy a Saw Gerrera. The set retails at £59.99 / $69.99 and i wouldn’t be surprise if Saw sells for over half of that in the future. A price well worth buying this set for.
A closer look at the Saw Gerrera figure.
The set is made up of 640 pieces and looks like a fun build. Afterall it is out first Infiltrator in many years so defo worth getting it! Especially to increase you basket price to get them free gifts on May the Fourth. (As soon as i know them gifts I will be sure to let you all know)
So what do you think, will you be picking up this set?
